You will sample typical Mauritian meals at L’Etoile… Our restaurant is famous for its fusion cuisine as well as its traditional cuisine based on our mixed cultures. The dishes are served in thatch and ravenala surroundings or on the lawn, along the river bank. Lunches, dinners and receptions can be organised. Tailor-made menus are also available upon prior booking.
